Is there a commonly held view about what the role of business in society is within my team?
How is the world a better place by my business being here?
Is my business producing goods that are truly good and services that truly serve? How do I know? (see exercise above for some questions to help you to explore this)
How does my business deliver value by serving society? How does it do this beyond CSR or responsible business initiatives?
It’s 2030, and your organisation is one to which people feel it is worth contributing. What are they contributing towards? What are you contributing towards?
In navigating to 2030 what will be guiding your organisation? What will guide you?
