For purpose to be authentic there needs to be a clear connection between the purpose, the strategy, the outcomes and the impacts of the strategy.

In this course we outline what a purpose-led strategy could be and what it is not. Crucially we explore the connection between strategy and culture and why it is important to foster an environment of shared responsibility, seeing the development of strategy as part of the process of cultivating a purpose-led culture. While we do not get into different processes or frameworks for strategy development, we do offer insights from our engagements with business.
