  • How is your company not honouring its duty to protect the natural world and conserve finite resources through:

  • What more could your company do to honour its duty to protect the natural world and conserve finite resources through:
    • How it serves its clients?
    • How the firm is run?
  • How is your company protecting self-interest and/or the self-interest of customers at the expense of the benefit of society as a whole? Or at the expense of future generations?
     
  • To what extent can all people in your company find meaning and fulfilment alongside mastery in their work?
  • How can the leadership create an environment for all people in the company to find meaning and fulfilment alongside mastery in their work?
  • How will you know if people are finding meaning and fulfilment in their work?

  • When thinking about the needs of employees (direct and indirect), customers, suppliers, investors, communities and future generations: what dilemmas come up for you (potential tensions/trade-offs)? How do you know what their needs are? Have you asked?
