Sophie brings more than 20 years of experience in the field of assessing and addressing the needs within society, facilitating change, and promoting social justice and the well-being of people, groups, and communities.

Before joining Blueprint, Sophie worked directly with individuals and communities, providing expert reports for court and management, clinical supervision, and professional leadership across a variety of teams. Most recently she worked at Anglia Ruskin University as a Lecturer, teaching, and applying knowledge for practice from disciplines including psychology, sociology, and the law.

Sophie’s educational and training background in Psychology and Social Work, along with her professional experience and professional values, closely aligns with Blueprint’s vision for ‘a better society through better business’ with the aim of supporting collective social change to prioritise people on purpose. Sophie’s systemic approach shares in Blueprint’s belief that working with the power and potential of businesses, considering their wide-reaching connectivity with and impact on communities, is time and effort well spent.
