Rob Garlick

Rob Garlick is a leading voice on artificial intelligence, the future of work, and pro-human leadership.

Rob is the author of AI –Anarchy or Abundance? and a Visiting Professor at the University of Surrey’s Future of Work Research Centre. He has three decades of experience advising C-suite leaders and investors worldwide; direct experience leading large teams through change, and a deep understanding of what high-performance demands in practice.

Rob spent over two decades at Citi in senior leadership roles, including Head of Research for EMEA, Managing Director and Global Research Product Head, and Head of Innovation, Technology and the Future of Work. He led research teams to top rankings — from #7 to #1 in the UK, #9 to #2 in Western Europe, and #7 to #1 globally. Rob started his career as a US Fund Manager and was an AIMR prize-winner. He also has a Masters in Behavioural Change and is a EMCC Senior Practitioner.
