Blueprint’s approach starts with recognising that the core ideas we believe about the purpose of business are just that – ideas – not laws or facts. This can be freeing because it enables people to challenge their preconceived notions and understand how the way we act in business is shaped by a set of assumptions and beliefs – and that these can be changed.

The aim of this course is to:

  • Briefly explore why our provocation starts with surfacing and challenging assumptions and beliefs about purpose and people
  • Build a greater awareness of how these assumptions and beliefs, whilst often implicit, shape how organisations and people show up
  • Help you to uncover implicit assumptions and beliefs in your organisation and help equip you to start to challenge them
