Michael Hilton joined Blueprint as an OnPurpose Associate in October 2017 as part of a year-long leadership training programme focused on social enterprise.

Michael spent seven years working for the UK Government in range of challenging roles. These included working on the UK’s strategy for securing a global climate change deal, being private secretary to a Cabinet Minister and, most recently, leading communications for a high profile asset sale. He is currently on the On Purpose leadership scheme and spending six months at Blueprint to get first-hand experience of how a small charity can make a real difference on social and environment issues and to better understand the challenges they face. Michael studied History at Trinity College, Cambridge and enjoys skiing, running and playing cricket.
